|Flat round roses ø 50x3,5 mm and
flat square roses 50x50x3,5 mm
The round engineering plastic base rosette
can be combined with both a round and a square metal cover.
The base rosette is available with leaf springs of spring steel
to maintain the handle in horizontal position,
or without leaf springs:
with through-hole Ø 16 mm and external collar Ø 19 mm
The metal covers (round Ø 50x3,5 mm and square 50x50x3,5 mm)
are available in brass, stainless steel and aluminium.
The metal cover is maintained in position by the door handle,
which is to be fixed to the iron spindle by means of a grub screw.
The four teeth around the collar of the base rosette with leaf springs
are to be inserted into the anti-rotation slits of the metal cover,
thus preventing it from turning.
A washer placed between the metal cover and the door handle hides
the anti-rotation slits and facilitates the operating movement of the handle
The base rosette has screw head holes with an internal Ø of 5 mm
and an interaxis of 38 mm, with or without nuts.
The oval wood screw holes allow a straight orientation of the base rosette,
which is particularly important when it is combined with a square metal cover.
The separately available centralizer for milled door handle
allows you to install the rosette perfectly aligned with the door lock.
