In our company, bees are the protagonists of a unique story.
These are not the typical European bees, but Caucasian bees, and choosing a non-native species is also due to their rarity.
Nevertheless, we are happy to have created a special corner for these bees on our land.
Our commitment to biodiversity starts right in the meadow, which is not mowed until June.
This allows the dandelions to grow abundantly, becoming the main ingredient for a medicinal honey with beneficial properties.
Starting in June, we continue with the production of fruit and chestnut honey, each with its own nuances of taste and aroma.
But there is more: our honey has a special destination.
Every year, we follow a tradition very dear to our company, giving the honey produced on Saint Lucia’s Day to all ATP members and collaborators.
It is a gesture that symbolizes gratitude and hope, renewing the deep bond between our community and the precious gift of the bees.
