Orders

You can easily place your orders online,
24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
When you place your orders online,
you obtain an additional discount of 2%.

You can also send your orders:

by fax: +39-0365-823 054.

The minimum order amount depends on
the delivery condition that you prefer:

FCA (Free Carrier) Italian destination to be defined: € 100,00
DAP (Delivered At Place) destination in the EU: € 300,00
FOB (Free on Board) Italian port to be defined: € 550,00

Delivery times

The delivery times of our standard products are: 5 working days.
In case of big orders and special requests (special colours, measures etc.),
we determine a delivery time in consultation with our clients.

With delivery time we understand the lead time between the order confirmation
of our client till the date of despatch from atp.

 
Information about deliveries

After each order or order request we send an order confirmation to our clients.

When the shipments are ready for despatch we send automatically an invoice
by e-mail or fax. This invoice is our confirmation to our clients that the goods
will be sent. We consider this invoice as the original invoice.
